The Carte dishes and tasting menù show-off either tradition reinterpreted recipes either some Chef’s signatures. Del Cambio’s Cellars are even more antique than the restaurant. The Cellars date back to the XVII century. The Carte counts at least 2.200 labels and more than 20.000 bottles, and it is suitable to satisfy even the most demanding customer.
