Locanda Cipriani
Venice
It is a Locanda with a great tradition: among its guests also Ernest Hemingway, who was an habitué . In a green area next to a canal, this popular and charming inn was founded in the 1930s by Giuseppe Cipriani, the founder of Harry's Bar. The property includes a gourmet Italian restaurant with two rustic dining rooms and a seasonal terrace, plus a patisserie and fireplace bar. It also has an enchanting garden. The location is out of time and expresses its best in the evening, when just its eleven inhabitants remain on the island: ideal for enjoying the real lagoon and for a romantic getaway.
